The Shadow Chasers partnered with Lite 98.7 WLZW in 2010 to create an October project that could be fun for participants and draw attention to neglected historic locations.
In October of 2015 the Shadow Chasers continued the Haunted History series with Oneida County Tourism and the Haunted History Trail to bring Brian Cano of SyFy's Haunted Collector and Chris Mancuso of Scared TV to the area.
Together with Lite 98.7 the Shadow Chasers continued the Haunted History series to investigate a historic locations and provide media support for Haunted History in CNY along with an overnight stay and first ever investigation of the Haunted Hotel Utica led by the Ghost Hunters (TAPS) Kris Williams and SyFy School Spirit's Chris DiCesare. The tour had more than 370 participants.

In October of 2014 the Shadow Chasers continued the Haunted History series with Lite 98.7 to investigate several historic locations and provide media support for Haunted History in CNY along with a ghost train and tour of the locations led by the Bama Boys of SyFy Channel's Deep South Paranormal. The tour had more than 250 participants.

In October of 2013 the Shadow Chasers continued the Haunted History series with Lite 98.7 to investigate a historic location and provide media support for Haunted History in CNY along with a tour of the location and an opening lecture presented by Josh Gates of SyFy Channel's Destination Truth and an investigation lead by Joe Chin of SyFy Channel's Ghost Hunters International. The tour had more than 250 participants.

In Mid-October 2011 the Shadow Chasers partnered with Carthage Historical Society to investigate the Hubbard House and the Station Grange to provide media support and host a lecture and tour for the Carthage Historical Society. The Lecture had more than 42 participants and the tour had 32 participants.

In July 2011 the Shadow Chasers partnered with Herkimer Home State Site to investigate the General Herkimer Home to provide media support and host a lecture and tours for the Herkimer Home. The Lecture had more than 41 participants and the tours had 45 participants.
In June 2011 the Shadow Chasers partnered with Herkimer Historical Society to investigate the Eckler Building, Suiter Building and the Old Herkimer Courthouse to provide media support and host a lecture and tour for the Herkimer Historical Society. The Lecture had more than 41 participants.
In January 2011 the Shadow Chasers working with Lite 98.7 helped to create the "CNY Paranormal" series of articles re-telling regional folklore and accounts of the paranormal in our region.
In 2010 the Shadow Chasers partnered with Townsquare Media; Lite 98.7 to investigate 3 historic locations and provide media support for October Haunted History in Oneida County along with 5 tours of the locations and an opening lecture. The opening lecture and tours had more than 180 participants and raised awareness for Historic Preservation of the selected sites. In November the team continued the project with 2 additional locations.
